NRCA Roofing Industry Update

Jun 20, 2023

We felt that it was important to let you know that supply issues and price increases are predicted to be a big issue in the roofing industry in the coming year. We have seen this issue happen quite a bit over the last 18 months, but now it is positioned 2022 to be even worse. That’s why the National Roofing Contractors Association recently released an industry wide newsletter update about this unprecedented supply chain issue. We have made the full article available on our website for you to read. For now, here are the highlights of that article.

Roofing materials and product shortages will continue through 2022. Price increases from roofing manufacturers will continue as well. Often with little or no warning to roofing contractors. The NRCA recommends that homeowners do not wait to update their roof and plan their project well in advance, recognizing that failing to do so could mean long lead times for your project completion and increased project costs. We want to make sure that homeowners are not caught off guard out there.

At Marcano Roofing, we operate year round. With our zero interest financing options, you don’t have to wait until this spring or summer and pay thousands more. We have financing options that range from 3 months to 6 or 12 months with no monthly obligation to pay. We also have short and long term low interest plans as well. The big takeaway here – if you or someone you know is planning to hold off on your roof project until spring or summer, you are likely going to be spending thousands more. So don’t wait, take action now! Ask for a free roof evaluation through our website.
